 Firoz Patel is a Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Payments Specialist. Coming from a modest background, Firoz envisioned a successful career path from an early age. He started out by working alongside his father, in their family owned grocery store. To this day, Firoz credits his discipline, drive andpassion for problem solving and entrepreneurship to this early experience - and the expert advice of his father. After successfully completing high school, Firoz continued on to college and acquired a Business Administration Degree in Marketing in 1994 from the Champlain College in Montreal, Canada. In 2004, Firoz Patel together with his brother founded AlertPay Inc. – a globally recognized solution for online payments. Acting as the Chief Executive Officer, Firoz used his innovative and resourceful management skills to direct and oversee the entirety of operations from within the organization. As a recognized online payments leader, who developed a passion for the industry, has pioneered this strategic vision to achieve his own goals. Firoz offers a unique blend of technology and marketing skills to any company he works with.

As Founder and CEO, Firoz Patel has aligned technology and business initiatives to produce an online payments solution that consistently delivers results. Thanks to his business acumen, leadership and foresight, Firoz successfully brokered the acquisition of AlertPay’s strategic assets by UK-based MH Pillars. Firoz was recruited during this transition by MH Pillars in order to maintain consistency and oversee the launch of the Payza platform.

In addition to his proven dedication to pursuing the successful development of business ventures, Firoz Patel maintains an enduring relationship with philanthropy and helping others- another value plucked directly from his father. Firoz's father created a program in India that collected and dedicated scholarship money to young people living there with proven academic aptitudes. These scholarships enabled those gifted students with serious financial constraints the opportunity to attend very rigorous schools. Following in his father's footsteps of empowering others by creating opportunities that wouldn't otherwise exist, Firoz created his own foundation in Western Africa. This foundation focuses on raising aid and money that will contribute to building homes, providing electricity and clean water of the people living in this region.

Firoz Patel believes that, while doing good is important, it is also incumbent upon him to study the reality of the effects of what his efforts can do. While giving unto itself is an admirable pursuit, Firoz knows that's it's equally important to ensure that what he is giving is maximized in terms of value, and that the cause is well researched and well executed. This kind of solution focused thinking is part of what encouraged him to start a foundation in the first place.
